• "I dont have all my tapes ready yet" - That's OK. You have until Dec 31st 2013 to get us your tapes and ensure your deal. After this date our current pricing will be in effect and your $24 can be used towards any regular priced services we are providing.                                                                                                                                                      

• "What if my total bill is under $24?" - This is a minimum for this deal. If you only have 1 or 2 tapes we suggest you go to our ORDERING page and pick from one of our regularly priced options.

• "How long does it take to transfer my footage?" - It is possible to have it back in under a week or it could take upto 4 weeeks, simply depending on the work flow. If you are looking to have your order back by a certain time, let us know and we will do everything we can to make it happen.                                                                       

• "Can I get video files (Quicktime / MP4) of my tapes instead of a playable DVD?" YES! This is becoming more popular because of Youtube, Facebook, and other social media outlets. With these files, you can edit them yourself and post them where ever you want. ( $8 per tape for video FILES, please call or email us for ordering )                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

• "Some of my tapes are broken... can you still transfer the footage" - Send us your tapes! We will do our best to repair your tapes so that we can transfer the footage. There is no charge to repair the 1st tape. Any additional tapes we charge $2 to "reshell" your tape to prepare it for playback.                                           

• "What kinds of tapes do you accept?" - We currently accept the following... Full Size VHS, VHS-C, S-VHS, 8mm, Hi8, Digital8, Mini DV, Full Size DV. We will convert footage from your SD cards as well. Please call for more info on the SD card transfer)                                                                                                                    

• "I'M READY!! Where do I send / drop off my tapes?" - If you live within 15 miles of zipcode 33782  (Pinellas Park, FL) CBoyd Media provides a FREE pick up and delivery service. Outside of this area, you will need to drop off or ship your tapes to CBoyd Media. Our address is 5250 98th Ave Pinellas Park, Fl 33782. Please PRINT out the confirmation email we send you and ship/drop it with your tapes. We STRONGLY suggest using a carrier that you can get a confirmation and tracking number like FedEx or UPS.
